My Philosophy
I approach therapy through a relational lens, meaning our relationship is the mechanism in which healing and growth happens. I prioritize building safety, trust, and connection so that our work together feels supportive, collaborative, and meaningful. I believe deeply in the healing and transformative potential of therapy when you feel understood.
With curiosity and care, I invite you to explore what’s happening for you—your thoughts, emotions, values, lived experiences, and the wisdom held in your body. Together, we listen for what’s trying to emerge and use that insight to guide our work towards what matters most to you.

JUST THE FACTS ABOUT
Traci Freeman, LMFT
My life has taken me from Texas to New York, California, and now Colorado, and each place has expanded my perspective in meaningful ways. I’m incredibly grateful for the growth that’s come with those experiences. As an empty nester, I relate deeply to the many transitions and stages people move through in life.
Just as my clients have, I have navigated my own share of personal experiences, each contributing to my growth and understanding of the human psyche. Through therapy, I have embraced vulnerability, confronted fears, and unlocked deeper layers of self-awareness. These breakthroughs have not only transformed my relationships and life but have also fueled my dedication to helping others realize the possibility of change and personal evolution. With my blend of professional expertise and lived experiences, I invite you to embark on a journey of self discovery, empowerment, and meaningful transformation. Together, let's explore how to create the life you truly desire.
I love hiking with my dog, watching the SF Giants, indoor cycling, cooking and live music. Being in the outdoors is my happy place!
